Sewerage Connections
Sewer Connection Services
Whether you are a homeowner or landowner or own a new-build property, we provide New Sewer Connection Services for you to upgrade your existing sewerage outlet from a cesspool to a sewer main. All new sewer upgrades are endorsed by the local water network authority and will be maintained by them.
For your peace of mind, we are a Constructionline Gold Member and ISO-qualified, including ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018.

Sewerage Installations, Diversions & Repairs
If there is demolition taking place, a new road is being built, or a public sewer within your proposed development site, we can conduct Sewer Diversions. We handle all the applications, designs, and approvals for Sewerage Connections, as well as book the road space with the relevant council. Upon completion of the works, we finalise all documents to facilitate a smooth adoption process with the network.
Additionally, we install sewer rising mains in cases where it is not possible to have the normal fall of the sewer due to the location of other sewers. Rising mains can be installed on singular sewers or multiple sewers for numerous properties. They help pump waste to a point where it can be disposed of safely. We can also maintain and protect rising mains with a single curtilage.

Public Sewerage Connections & Diversions
If you are a developer with land containing public water or wastewater assets, you may need to divert or remove them to enable your work to proceed. If any part of the diversion works is contested, you should be able to complete the works or hire a qualified third-party contractor to handle these aspects.
With Sewerage Connections, you can either connect indirectly to a private drain that discharges to a public sewer or directly to a public sewer. If you need to relocate an existing manhole, the same rules apply.
As per Section 106, you can connect to a local sewer. However, if your proposals are covered by a planning application, you do not have the right to connect to a public sewer per the Water Industry Act 1991 until your application is approved and any drainage conditions are met.
